The Polish Film Festival Denver is the first festival dedicated to Polish cinema in the capital of Colorado—one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States. The Festival’s mission is to promote Polish film abroad, reaching not only the vibrant Polish-American community but also American audiences, local residents, and tourists visiting the Mountain States.
As the first event of its kind in this part of the United States and one of the few Polish cultural events in the region, the festival plays a significant role in raising awareness of Poland and promoting Polish culture on a global stage.
The festival’s inaugural edition was held from October 15 to October 31, 2019. The next edition, originally planned for fall 2020, was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic and rescheduled for fall 2021. However, as the pandemic continued and restrictions remained, the festival was postponed indefinitely.
Now, preparations are underway for the festival’s return, and we warmly invite everyone in our beautiful state to join us for the next edition! More details will be shared soon.
